On January 30, Matthias was a guest artist to perform together with the Nanjing Chamber Orchestra.

Directed by Russian violinist and conductor Alexander Pyankovsky, orchestra and soloist premiered Antonio Vivaldi's Lute Concerto in D Major, RV 93 as part of a whole Vivaldi evening.
